Refund Policy

Naihati New Life Society is a non-profit charitable organization committed to utilizing donations and contributions for the welfare of vulnerable children, women, elderly persons, and disadvantaged communities.

General Policy

All donations and contributions made to Naihati New Life Society are voluntary and are utilized for charitable and developmental activities. Therefore, donations are generally non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate donation/payment.
• Incorrect payment amount due to technical error.
• Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor.
• Payment processed multiple times for the same donation.

Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

The request should include:

• Donor’s Name
• Transaction ID
• Date of Transaction
• Amount Donated
• Reason for Refund Request

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method used by the donor.

The management reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after verification.
